By accessing and using Key Claim Bot (the "Bot"), a Discord bot service operated by Key Claim Bot ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Key Claim Bot is a Discord bot service that facilitates the distribution of game keys between game developers and users on the Discord platform. The Bot provides automated key distribution and management functionality.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

3.1. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot.

3.2. You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service.

3.3. You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the Bot
Maintain the security of your Discord account
Not abuse or exploit the Bot's functionality
Not use the Bot for any illegal purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer the Bot

4.2. Game Developers agree to:

Have proper rights to distribute game keys
Ensure the validity of provided game keys
Handle customer support related to their games

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. The Bot, including its code, features, and functionality, is owned by Key Claim Bot and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Bot without explicit written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6.2. We are not responsible for:

The validity or authenticity of game keys
Game functionality or content
User-to-user interactions
Technical issues with Discord's platform
Loss of data or access to the Bot

6.3. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Bot.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

7.1. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and processing of your Discord user data necessary for the Bot's operation.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

8.1. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Bot at any time
Change these Terms at any time
Limit or restrict access to the Bot

8.2. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. TERMINATION

9.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot:

For violations of these Terms

9.2. Lifetime Package Termination: In the event that we discontinue the Bot, we will release the Bot's code under an open-source license, allowing users who have purchased the Lifetime package to continue using and modifying the Bot. This release will be made available on a publicly accessible repository, such as GitHub, and will include all necessary documentation and instructions for use.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

Initial good faith negotiations
Binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules
The jurisdiction of courts in Massachusetts

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Key Claim Bot, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
